Our youth ministry leaders have both accepted a challenge and issued their own by providing generous matching funds when campaign donations reach $2,500.

What Will the Funds Be Used For?
The Mt. Everest Challenge Campaign seeks to provide:
- National Catholic Youth Conference scholarships to youth with economic need and from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Grants for parish, diocesan, and national initiatives that:
- Train youth ministers
- Reach out to youth in crisis or at-risk
- Develop multicultural and minority youth inclusion, and
- Promote peace and justice

Donating with the Mt. Everest Trekkers
As Maggie and Bob ascend Mt. Everest, the CYFUSA aspires to new heights alongside them. The Mt. Everest Challenge Campaign is a fundraising effort whereby donors may “join ” the McCartys as they journey to Nepal. Catholic youth ministry’s many friends, partners and colleagues, and family members are asked to make donations at levels coinciding the various way points on the trek from Kathmandu to Base Camp:
