Joe started serving the Catholic Church as a Director of Parish Youth and Children’s Ministries.  He then served for 11 years at the diocesan level as Associate Director of Pastoral Services which included many diverse ministry opportunities and administrative responsibilities.  Joe has a Master of Arts degree in Pastoral Administration from St. Mary's University in Minnesota.  He has served as a board member for national Catholic organizations (including NFCYM and NCCL), local Catholic entities, and as a consultant locally and nationally. He and his wife, Amy, have 2 children, ages, 21 and 19, and live in Tucson, Arizona.  In his free time, Joe enjoys flyfishing and woodworking.
